Rhythm and Pulse

explores the confluence of embodiment, movement, and emotion through the integration of the 5Rhythms Waves and Heartbeat maps:

Flowing-Fear | Staccato-Anger | Chaos-Sadness | Lyrical-Joy | Stillness-Compassion

In this workshop, we practice the physical forms of each rhythm as a pathway for moving the energetic pulse of each emotion.

Rhythm and Pulse is ultimately a creative practice — allowing us to experience, express, and transform what we feel with artful acuity. It aims to keep us real, resilient, and available to love.
