Wednesday Waves Mid week 5Rhythms Practice Class
Every Wednesday evening join this class and deepen your relationship to the rhythms.
This is an offering from the roots of 5Rhythms in the Gorge, intended to hold you in your 5Rhythms practice.
Nurturing and inspiring growth and depth in the dynamic dance of life; this evening class is taught by a rotation of teachers: Wyld Lee, Sara Mains, and Jannie Schaffer.
Each class will include guidance and teaching, there will be ample opportunity to dance and practice the magic of movement on your own, in partnership,
and in commUNITY.
